Reprinting the Planet Tax Free Credit Note

This topic explains how to reprint an already generated Planet tax free credit note.

Steps to Apply Panet Tax-Free

1. Click the burger menu.

   

2. Click ORDERS.

   

3. Locate the order id using following options:

   1. For an order with reference, initiate new search in the search box:

      

      1. Enter the following keywords:
         1. name
         2. category
         3. upc
         4. id
      2. Scan the order barcode

   2. For an order without reference, use the integrated filters at the upper right corner.

      

4. Click the requested order id.

   

5. Click View Confirmation in the bottom bar.

   

6. Go to Tax Free (History), then click Credit Note with the specified 16-digit number, for example, Credit Note 238012012031420247783018 to reprint the Planet credit note.
