Introduction

The Return section in the OMS Orders module provides a centralized view of all return orders across online and store channels. It enables users to search, track return status, and review key details such as customer information, logistics, and refund amounts, ensuring efficient return processing and monitoring.

The following table describes the features that support common follow-up tasks.

1Online Return IconIndicates that the return order originates from an online (eCommerce) order.
2Store Return IconIndicates that the return order is initiated from a physical store.
3Return Order IDUnique identifier assigned to each return order.
4Return Order DateDate and time when the return order was created.
5Order IDReference ID of the original sales order associated with the return.
6Customer First NameFirst name of the customer who initiated the return.
7Customer Last NameLast name of the customer.
8Customer Email AddressEmail ID linked to the return order.
9Search by Return Order IDSearch field used to locate return orders using the Return Order ID.
10Customer PhoneContact number of the customer.
11Return Order StatusDisplays the current status of the return (for example, Created, Completed).
12Order StatusDisplays the status of the original order (for example, Shipped).

21Return Tracking No.Shows the tracking number assigned to the return shipment for monitoring.
