PACKEDThe order has been packed and is ready for carrier pickup. A shipping notification will be shared shortly.
SHIPPEDThe order is in transit. Share the tracking number to enable real-time tracking.
DELIVEREDThe order has been marked as delivered. Confirm receipt with the customer.
UNDELIVEREDThere was an issue delivering the order. Review the details and arrange the next steps.
RETURNEDThe order has been returned. A return review is in progress; check and provide an update.
CANCELLEDThe order has been cancelled. Review the reason and advise on next steps, including refund details if applicable.
